POLICY
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour policy timeframe, a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking service price will be incurred.
For cancellations made on the same day, a charge of 100% of the booking price will be levied, as it may not be possible to fill the appointment slot at such short notice.
Repeated rescheduling or cancellations may limit your future bookings to last-minute availability only.
Long-term clients may be granted exceptions, but this doesn’t apply to new clients. Please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
NO SHOW:
In the circumstance that you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please be informed that a fee equivalent to the total cost of the service will be charged.
We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, our policy remains applicable in all situations. Non-attendance significantly affects our primary revenue source.
Please note that all applicable fees will be automatically deducted from the card details you have provided during booking. By confirming your appointment, you are consenting to these terms and conditions. We respectfully request that you thoroughly read and comprehend these terms prior to finalizing your appointment to prevent any potential misunderstandings.
