If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, please be aware that your session will be shortened to fit the remaining time, but the full charge of the booked service will still apply.

The appointment will not be prolonged and will finish as per the original booking schedule.

​The cost of your treatment is final and cannot be refunded.

​The pricing for our services non-negotiable.

​We adhere to strict hygienic standards during your treatment.

​

​As a new Client, you are required to fill out and sign a client consent form prior appointment (you will receive link via email).

SOCIAL CONTENT:

​We take “before and after” photographs of the treated area to include in your client record. We respect your privacy by not using full-face images on our social media unless you give explicit consent.

​

If you prefer that your photos, not be used on social media, please let us know; your privacy is important to us.

​

​The images we share on social media are exclusively to display the quality of our work.

​

​If you encounter any issues or have concerns following your treatment, please contact us immediately for additional consultation.

​AT THE STUDIO:

​

We kindly request that clients do not bring along husbands, children, girlfriends, or other relatives, as well as pets, unless prior arrangements have been made with us. 

​

Our E-file technique for Manicures and Pedicures is an extremely meticulous process that requires undivided attention and stillness for a couple of hours. Given the intimate size of our studio, we are only able to accommodate one client at a time.
