At Nailglow Studio, we have a policy where we do not provide any refunds, whether partial or complete, for treatments, or reservation charges.

The only exceptions to our non-refundable policy for treatment reservation charges are if a treatment is considered medically inappropriate to continue, or if after attending a consultation, Nailglow Studio recommends not to proceed with the treatment.
